Life happens, we understand. The only thing that we ask is you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours. If it is inside of the 48 hour window then there is a $70 fee. If you cancel within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment then it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel after your cleaner arrives or your cleaner is unable to access the property then you could be charged the full cost of the clean.
Yes, at SWVA Cleaning Services, LLC we are fully ensured for your piece of mind. Your cleaner will have a Certificate of Insurance on hand if you request to verify.
